The following is a list of the institutions that are currently using NPGS
(from oldest to newest). If you are interested in NPGS, please call
or send e-mail if you would like to get the complete NPGS User List which
includes names, telephone/fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and microscopes
being used. Prospective customers are strongly urged to contact current
NPGS users. NPGS has become the #1 SEM lithography system in the US/Canada
and is spreading around the world based primarily on recommendations from
current users. (Note that several institutions will have multiple listings
below, where each listing represents a separate NPGS installation.)
