This image shows the flexibility of the pattern writing possible with NPGS. It is interesting to note that when this pattern was first written in 1989, the competitor's most powerful system which cost over 5 times as much as NPGS could not even write a 45 degree line, much less an arbitrary slope. This is just one example of how NPGS pioneered the field of high performance commercial SEM lithography for research applications.
